Talent Works International and Monster are delighted to announce and host our UK sourcing conference !

This event is a training session and workshop from some of Europe's brightest minds in the art of sourcing designed to show how to find passive candidates, use of search engines and recruiting from social media.

Tips and tricks, shortcuts, methodologies & efficient ways of using the internet to find candidates that your competitors will not.

There are numerous recruiting events but this one is unique to the UK & Europe in it's specific subject matter. Attendees should come away with additional, quicker and smarter ways of finding the best candidates out there, not the best candidates available. 

As well as the speakers below there will be a seperate Q&A room where attendees are invited to ask the experts questions. You are also welcome to bring difficult to fill roles with any skill or location for these sessions.

Martin Lee (compere)

Head of Business Development at Talent Works International.

Martin fell into recruitment in 1999 and worked as a 360 degree recruiter in the high tech market for 12 years. He is a self taught sourcer but has also worked in partnership with Irina Shamaeva on retained and deep web sourcing projects around the world.

He now works for TWI a global recruitment research and market mapping organisation where he advises clients on recruitment and sourcing strategies.
